We partnered with a local architect and builder to reimagine this classic Georgian home for a young professional couple seeking to blend timeless architecture with modern, connected living. A full gut of the existing interior and carefully considered addition transformed the layout, opening up the home to create light-filled spaces that feel both relaxed and refined.

Throughout the original structure and its seamlessly integrated extension, we layered in warmth and texture—painted brick, light wood, and soft stone—bringing a quiet sophistication that reflects our clients’ California style while honouring the heritage of the neighbourhood. Every space was designed with purpose and adaptability, from the custom kitchen and open-concept living areas to the serene primary suite and a fully finished basement complete with dance studio and laundry.

As their family has grown, so has our relationship—most recently designing two personalized nurseries to reflect the newest chapters in their story.
