General

We specialize in full-service interior design for both residential and boutique commercial spaces. Our focus is on large-scale projects such as full-home renovations, custom builds, and comprehensive furnishing and styling. We only take on projects where we can be fully involved from start to finish.
Yes. Because of the depth of service we provide, we have a minimum scope and budget requirement for full-service projects. Please reach out to learn more and see if your project is a fit.
We are based in Kitchener-Waterloo and primarily serve clients locally, including surrounding areas such as Elmira, New Hamburg, Guelph, Cambridge, Elora, and Stratford. For large-scale or high-budget projects, we are happy to travel to cottage country, the Greater Toronto Area, or offer remote design services.

Services & Process

Full-service means we manage every aspect of your project — from concept to completion. This includes space planning, interior detailing, materials and finishes, custom millwork, furnishings, project oversight, and final styling. We’re with you every step of the way.
Our studio focuses on whole-home or multi-room projects to ensure the best possible result. For smaller scopes, we occasionally offer design consultations or phased project planning — please inquire for availability.
Very. We work closely with trades and contractors, attend site visits, review progress, and resolve issues as they arise. Our hands-on approach ensures the design is executed with care and accuracy.
Not yet, but please check back as our team grows. When we roll this offering out, it will be for large, high-budget projects outside our region. Remote clients still receive the full-service experience, including design packages, procurement support, and optional site visits. Please contact us to inquire.

Investment and Timeline

Each project is unique, and our fees reflect the scope, scale, and level of involvement required. We work on an hourly rate structure, which allows for flexibility while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled. The basic answer is, no. Our pricing model is built to reflect the time, risk, and coordination involved in sourcing and procurement. We do not pass on trade discounts that are 25% or less. Where we receive exclusive wholesale pricing, we will happily extend a portion of our discount to our clients. All purchasing is done through our studio to ensure quality control and accountability.
Design — when done right — takes time. From initial consultation to design development, quoting, procurement, and installation, projects can take several months to over a year depending on complexity. We will provide a tailored timeline during the planning phase.

Getting Started

We do not offer one-time consultations. Our focus is on full-service projects where we can be involved from start to finish. Our studio specializes in comprehensive, full-service design. We do not take on one-off decorating, staging, or styling projects. Our best work happens when we’re involved in the full vision, from layout and construction through to furnishing and final styling.

That said, we do take on full furnishing and styling projects that do not involve construction — as long as the scope allows us to create a cohesive, elevated result. These projects are still approached with the same level of care, detail, and intention as our renovation and build work.

All furnishings and materials are sourced and procured through our studio. This ensures quality control, consistency, and accountability throughout the project. We do not work with client-supplied items or pass on trade discounts, as procurement is a critical part of our service.

That never happens. Ever. Just kidding! We are just getting to know you and your style so there may be a furniture item or fixture that doesn’t resonate. And that’s no problem! We welcome feedback, and honesty is a key part of the design process so that we can create a space that represents your style and personality. Revisions are a standard part of the process. But we do often get it right the first time!
