As an extension of our full home renovation at Project Norman, this backyard retreat was designed to feel like an escape—without leaving home. Inspired by our clients’ love for a Miami aesthetic, we created layered outdoor zones that function as open-air rooms—lounge, dine, swim, work. The custom poolhouse was built to seamlessly flex between breezy poolside hangout and all-season home office, extending the living space beyond the walls of the home.
With tropical textures, light-filled interiors, and a serene palette, the space invites ease, connection, and that everyday vacation feel we were all craving during years spent close to home.
