Designed for a young professional family, this newly built semi in Waterloo’s prestigious Old Westmount neighbourhood offered potential—but lacked the soul and substance that make a house feel like home. While the structure was sound, its generic finishes and empty expanses left the space feeling unfinished.
We brought warmth and purpose to every room—custom shaker paneling down the long entry hallway, a custom cast stone fireplace with flanking floor-to-ceiling built-ins, and a wall of vertical paneling in the dining room. A bespoke home office and music room reflect the family’s lifestyle, while the fully finished basement includes a generous home gym, custom bathroom, and a moody, refined bar designed for gathering. The result is a layered, intentional home that reflects both elegance and everyday life.
