Having collaborated on multiple residences across the continent, this uptown condo was envisioned as a soft landing space for visits with grandkids, casual entertaining, and restorative quiet.

Bathed in natural light, the space feels airy and grounded. A custom fireplace surround adds sculptural depth to the open living area, while warm wood cabinetry and neutral furnishings create softness and comfort. A custom-designed bar elevates everyday rituals and hosting while a moody, dual-user office space adds both function and retreat. Nearly every room opens onto one of the largest terraces in the city—blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor ease.
