This is our fifth project with this client, and by now it feels less like being hired and more like being trusted. Over the past decade we've worked on their family home, a condo, a cottage build, and a winter retreat, and every time they take on something new, they come back to us. That kind of relationship shapes how we work. We know how they live before we walk in the door.

The living and dining space sets the tone with warm neutrals, brass detailing, and a plaster fireplace wall, anchored by a custom coffee table and dining table we designed and commissioned for the space. The kitchen is where the small footprint really gets to work: a proper island, real storage, and a coffee bar that disappears entirely when it's not in use. Nothing here reads as a compromise for space.

Right off the entry, we enclosed an office that used to sit fully open, adding a new wall with an arched opening and custom cabinetry in the closet, with a custom console table anchoring the space at the front door. It's a condo that doesn't read as a downsize at all, proof that scale and style were never really in competition.
